Center For Advanced Dentistry has shutdown normal operations per the "shelter-in-place" mandate and expects to resume normal operations on May 18th, 2020, unless otherwise advised. We hope to be back and operational before this date, if possible, to serve the oral health needs of our patients.
We are available to see our post-op patients to remove sutures and see true dental emergencies. Emergencies include healthy patients (Those without flu-like symptoms) with infections or pain in their teeth. All patients with flu-like symptoms will be advised to go directly to the hospital for their emergency dental treatment. Also, if you are over 65, we urge you to stay home unless you have a true dental emergency.
If you want your doctor to evaluate your healing site without coming into the office, please email a photo to us. You can email your doctor directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. A teleconference can also be setup, if necessary.
Our clinical team will see emergencies and post-ops during the “shelter-in-place” period.
We will add additional dates and times in the near future.
We will resume normal clinical hours and procedures on Monday, May 18th. From May 18th onward, we will be open Monday-Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. Again, we hope to be operational before this date.
You can contact us for scheduling your emergency by calling us at (408) 292-2848. Emailing may be the easiest way to get a hold of us as we will not have a full team in the office during the week.
In order for us to keep you safe and abide by "social distancing," we will spread your appointment times out to help minimize your contact with other patients in the waiting room. If you would prefer to wait in your car, please call us when you are ready and we will let you know when we are ready for you to come in to limit any interactions that you may have with others. Please sanitize your hands with the provided hand sanitizer upon entering the Center For Advanced Dentistry.
Again, thank you for your understanding. As new information comes out, our policies may continue to change. We always have the health of our patients and team as our top priority and we believe that the measures that we are taking are the right thing to do during this time. We look forward to resuming business as usual soon, and we hope everyone remains healthy and safe.
